Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and experienced freelance trainers to deliver comprehensive and engaging training sessions in a variety of domains including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Machine Learning (ML), Data Science, Data Engineering, Power BI, Tableau, and Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of these subjects and a proven track record of delivering effective training programs to diverse audiences.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Designing and developing customized training programs and curriculum outlines tailored to the specific needs and objectives of clients.

 

  • Creating high-quality training materials, including presentations, tutorials, exercises, case studies, and hands-on labs, to facilitate learning and comprehension.

 

  • Delivering engaging and interactive training sessions either in-person or virtually through online platforms, ensuring participants are actively engaged and motivated to learn.

 

  • Providing expert guidance, mentorship, and support to participants, addressing questions, clarifying concepts, and offering practical insights and tips.

 

  • Evaluating participant performance and progress through assessments, assignments, and exercises, providing constructive feedback for improvement.

 

  • Tailoring training content and delivery methods to accommodate different learning styles, skill levels, and backgrounds.

 

  • Staying updated on the latest trends, developments, and best practices in AI, ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.

 

  • Collaborating closely with clients and stakeholders to understand their training needs, goals, and expectations, and ensuring training programs align with their objectives.

 

  • Collecting feedback from participants and clients to continuously improve training programs, content, and delivery methods.

 

  • Maintaining accurate records of training sessions, attendance, participant feedback, and performance, and generating reports as needed.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a freelance trainer or instructor in AI, ML, Data Science, Data Engineering, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
  • In-depth knowledge and expertise in AI, ML, Data Science, and related fields, with practical experience in applying these concepts to real-world scenarios.
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, and experience with relevant libraries, frameworks, and tools.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
  • Experience with training delivery platforms and tools, both in-person and online, and familiarity with virtual classroom technologies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to plan, coordinate, and deliver training programs effectively.
  • Flexible and adaptable to different training environments, schedules, and client requirements.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional development in AI, ML, Data Science, and related fields.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification or credentials in relevant domains such as AI, ML, Data Science, or related areas.
  • Experience working in industry roles such as Data Scientist, Machine Learning Engineer, Data Analyst, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Data Engineer.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and services such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other BI and analytics platforms.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, modeling, and visualization techniques.
