Job Overview:
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate **Freelance Trainers on Prompt Engineering** to deliver comprehensive training sessions focused on crafting effective prompts for large language models (LLMs) and generative AI systems. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with AI/NLP models (e.g., GPT, BERT, etc.) and a strong understanding of prompt engineering techniques. This role involves designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs for a diverse audience, including AI enthusiasts, developers, data scientists, content creators, and business professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
– Training Program Design:
– Develop and customize training modules on prompt engineering tailored to different skill levels (beginner to advanced).
– Create course materials such as presentations, hands-on exercises, guides, and assessments.
– Ensure the training content is aligned with current trends and advancements in AI, NLP, and prompt engineering.
– Training Delivery:
– Conduct live or recorded training sessions (virtual or in-person) for diverse learners.
– Provide practical demonstrations and real-world examples of using prompt engineering with LLMs.
– Engage participants with interactive activities, Q&A sessions, and workshops to reinforce learning.
– Hands-on Guidance:
– Teach learners how to craft effective prompts that improve the performance of AI models in tasks such as text generation, summarization, content creation, data extraction, etc.
– Guide participants through real-world scenarios and help them apply prompt engineering techniques in their work environments.
– Evaluation and Feedback:
– Assess participant progress through quizzes, projects, and practical assessments.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Educational Background:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory if sufficient experience is demonstrated).
– Technical Expertise:
– In-depth knowledge of language models such as GPT, BERT, and transformer architectures.
– Experience working with platforms like OpenAI, Hugging Face, or similar AI/ML tools.
– Strong grasp of **prompt engineering** techniques, including crafting effective prompts for text generation, fine-tuning models, and optimizing AI outputs.
– Training Experience:
