Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced **Freelance Trainer on Generative AI** to lead engaging and insightful training programs. The trainer will be responsible for educating professionals, developers, and AI enthusiasts on generative AI techniques, applications, and tools. This role requires strong expertise in AI model development, particularly in areas such as text generation, image generation, deep learning, and transformer architectures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in explaining complex AI concepts and providing hands-on training with popular platforms such as OpenAI’s GPT, DALL·E, and other state-of-the-art generative models.
Key Responsibilities:
– Course Development:
– Design and develop detailed training programs and modules on Generative AI, tailored for different audiences (beginner, intermediate, and advanced).
– Ensure course content reflects the latest trends, best practices, and advancements in the field of generative AI.
– Training Delivery:
– Provide demonstrations and hands-on exercises using popular generative AI tools and frameworks like OpenAI GPT models, DALL·E, MidJourney, and Stable Diffusion.
– Interactive Learning:
– Facilitate interactive sessions that promote active learning, including live coding sessions, workshops, and group exercises.
– Provide feedback and support to participants, ensuring they understand how to apply generative AI models to solve real-world problems.
– Share real-world use cases and projects to illustrate the practical applications of generative AI in industries such as content creation, healthcare, design, marketing, and more.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– Educational Background:
– Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related fields (or equivalent work experience).
– Technical Expertise:
– Strong experience with Generative AI models such as GPT, BERT, DALL·E, GANs, and Variational Autoencoders (VAEs).
– Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment.
– Hands-on experience working with language models, image generation models, and creative AI tools (e.g., MidJourney, Stable Diffusion).
– Knowledge of prompt engineering, fine-tuning, and optimizing AI models for performance.
– Training Experience:
– Proven experience as a trainer or instructor in AI/ML or related fields.
– Ability to explain complex AI concepts to non-technical and technical audiences alike.
– Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on clarity and practical learning.
